When you submit a service request form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle year / make / model, location, problem description, and any optional fields you choose to fill in (mileage, preferred time, can-start status, warning lights).
The information you provide is used solely to respond to your service request, schedule service, and communicate with you about your vehicle. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service request data is delivered to a private business inbox and may be stored in a secure database (Notion) and/or sent as an internal notification (Telegram). Access is limited to Lubomiroff Performance. Data is retained for the duration necessary to complete and follow up on your service.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The Google Maps embed on the Service Area page is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy practices.
