By requesting or receiving services from Lubomiroff Performance, you agree to the following terms.
All estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after a full on-site inspection. The final price is confirmed before any repair work begins. You are not obligated to proceed after receiving an updated estimate.
The customer must provide safe, legal, and accessible conditions for the mechanic to perform work at the agreed location. By scheduling service, you confirm you have the authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle.
Not all repairs can be safely completed at a mobile location. If a repair requires shop equipment or cannot be performed safely on-site, you will be informed before any work is attempted. Lubomiroff Performance is not responsible for additional costs (such as towing) if a job that initially seemed mobile-feasible turns out to require a shop.
A diagnostic or travel fee may apply. Current fees are disclosed before scheduling — please confirm at the time of booking.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking.
While most repairs can be completed at your location, there is no guarantee that every issue can be resolved on-site. The diagnostic determines feasibility.
Lubomiroff Performance is not liable for pre-existing conditions, issues unrelated to the work performed, or damage caused by neglected maintenance discovered during service.
A 3.5% card processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments. Cash and other payment methods are not subject to this fee.
Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of the services performed.
