Lubomiroff Performance stands behind its work. The following outlines the warranty and repair policy. If anything below is unclear, please ask before scheduling.

Warranty on completed repairs

Some completed repairs may include parts and/or labor warranty when stated in writing. Warranty terms depend on the repair performed, the parts used, the condition of the vehicle, and any limitations explained before or after the work.

Customer-supplied parts

If a customer chooses to supply their own parts, Lubomiroff Performance is not responsible for the quality or compatibility of those parts. Labor warranty may be voided on repairs involving customer-supplied components. Please discuss this before scheduling.

Diagnostic estimates

Estimates provided prior to or during a diagnostic are based on available information and may change after a full inspection. The final repair cost is confirmed before any work begins.

Repairs not completed on-site

Some repairs cannot be safely or practically completed at a mobile location and may require a shop. If this applies, you will be informed after the diagnostic, before any work is attempted.

What is not covered

  • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed
  • Damage resulting from neglected maintenance or subsequent unrelated issues
  • Customer-supplied parts
  • Repairs performed by other parties after our service

  • — Warranty coverage applies only when stated in writing and may be limited by the repair type, parts source, vehicle condition, pre-existing issues, or customer-supplied parts.
  • — Diagnostics are based on visible conditions and test results available at the time of service; additional issues may be discovered during or after repairs.
  • — Additional labor or parts, if required due to vehicle condition, will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
  • — A 3.5% card processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
  • — Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of the services performed.
