Lubomiroff Performance stands behind its work. The following outlines our warranty and repair policy.

Warranty on Completed Repairs

Repairs performed by Lubomiroff Performance carry a warranty on parts and labor. The specific warranty period and scope depend on the type of repair and the parts used. Warranty terms will be communicated before work begins when applicable.

Customer-Supplied Parts

If a customer chooses to supply their own parts, Lubomiroff Performance will not be responsible for the quality or compatibility of those parts. Labor warranty may be voided on repairs involving customer-supplied components. Please discuss this before scheduling.

Diagnostic Estimates

Estimates provided prior to or during a diagnostic are based on available information and may change after a full inspection. The final repair cost will be confirmed before any work begins.

Repairs Not Completed On-Site

Some repairs cannot be safely or practically completed on-site and may require a shop. If this applies to your repair, you will be informed after the diagnostic, before any work is attempted.

What Is Not Covered

Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed
Damage resulting from neglected maintenance or subsequent unrelated issues
Customer-supplied parts
Repairs performed by other parties after our service

—Diagnostics are based on visible conditions and test results available at the time of service; additional issues may be discovered during or after repairs.
—Additional labor or parts, if required due to vehicle condition, will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
—A 3.5% card processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
—Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of the services performed.
